For any compliments, comments or complaints after your travel with Blue1, please contact us. In Customer Relations, we handle customer feedback, both positive and negative. We also handle baggage related issues and compensation requests.

Delayed baggage

In case of delayed baggage, the Arrival Service will assist you with any questions and they will give you a code with which you can trace your baggage.

Order receipt

It is possible to order a receipt via Blue1:s My Receipt service in case you have purchased your ticket from Blue1's website.
