Blue1 offers special services for the safety and comfort of passengers with special needs. This includes children traveling alone, passengers with reduced mobility, and passengers with sight or hearing impairment.
Booking
We recommend that all reservations including additional assistance be booked via the Blue1 Sales Center or your travel agent.
If you prefer booking online, please call Blue1 Sales Center after booking to request for the additional services. Please note that in this case, it is possible that the service cannot be given, due to the limited amount of available resources.
The request for additional assistance must be made not later than 48 hours prior to departure.
