  1. Do I have to register as a user in order to make a flight reservation?

    If you make a reservation on our web site, you do not have to register yourself as a user. However, having a customer profile makes booking more convenient.
  2. Do I need a ticket when flying with Blue1?

    We offer electronic tickets, which means that your reservation will be identified by the card of your choice or by the booking reference (E-ticket), instead of receiving ordinary paper tickets.
  3. How will I receive my ticket?

    You will not receive a ticket document. Your reservation will be identified by the card of your choice or by the booking reference (E-ticket), instead of receiving ordinary paper tickets.
  4. I have not received my travel confirmation. What should I do?

    If you have not received the confirmation on your booking after completed reservation, pease contact the Internet Support for further information. You cannot complete a reservation without adding your e-mail address to the reservation.
  5. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

    You can cancel a reservation by calling the Blue1 Sales Center or contact departure airport. If you have purchased a fare entitling you to a refund, you will receive one when you cancel your reservation. Otherwise, you can cancel your reservation, but you will not be refunded.
  6. How can I check that my flight reservation is in order?

    By clicking Check my trip you will be able to check and even print out your confirmed reservation. If you cannot find your reservation, please contact the Internet Support.
  7. Can I change my reservation?

    You can change an Economy Class reservation regarding date and time, not destination nor routing, to the same fare for a fee of 55 EUR per person and flight up until 1 hour before scheduled departure. An upgrade to the next Economy fare is possible against change fee and the difference in fares.
  8. Can I choose my own seat?

    When you check-in on the Internet or at the Self-Service Kiosk, you will be able to make a seat selection. You can also select a seat at time of booking when traveling in Business or Economy Extra, on intercontinental routes or if you are a EuroBonus Gold member. Due to passenger load fluctuation, your seat request can be altered.
  9. How can I pay my flight reservation and which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept following payment/credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, VISA (NOT VISA Electron), MasterCard and EuroCard. We also offer you Internet banking for flight bookings. You cannot pay with cash. The payment card will be charged when the reservation is confirmed.
  10. How many persons can I include in a flight reservation?

    You can make a flight reservation for a maximum of 9 seats. Infants without their own seat are not included in the seat count.
  11. Can you guarantee that the fare of an Internet booking really is the lowest available?

    The fare given is always the lowest available on our Blue1 web site that matches your stated criteria at the time of booking.
  12. Can my child travel alone? How can I reserve the service? How soon before departure can I reserve it?

    For safety reasons, only a limited number of unaccompanied minors can be accepted on a given flight. If an unaccompanied child is not booked in advance according to our published rules, Blue1 reserves the right to deny boarding. A child under the age of 5 years is not permitted to travel alone. Please contact the Blue1 Sales Center for further information and booking.
  13. Do you charge anything for infants and do you have baby carriers available?

    Infants receive a discount of 90% off fares, excluding taxes, when traveling with an adult. Seats cannot be reserved for infants as we do not have baby carriers on our flights. If you want to have an extra seat for your infant, please make an extra flight reservation for the infant and bring your own carrier.
  14. What should I do if I experience problems when booking online?

  15. Do you give any child discounts?

    Children aged 2 to 11 are offered a 25% discount on all tickets when included in same reservation as an adult.
  16. Who can I contact if I have questions on my upcoming trip?

    Please contact the Blue1 Sales Center. Queuing is free of charge.
  17. Can I have a receipt of my Blue1 trip?

    You will automatically receive an e-ticket receipt via e-mail shortly after completed booking. If you have lost it, please contact the Blue1 Sales Center.
