Pre-boarding information

• The amount of hand baggage passengers can bring aboard is limited.
• On board the aircraft please store cabin baggage either in the overhead locker or under the seat in front.
• All EuroBonus Gold and Star Alliance Gold members may board at their own convenience.
• Business and Economy Extra passengers are requested to wait for a special call.

You should arrive at the gate, checked in, no later than 20 minutes before flight departure. If you arrive too late to check-in you will be denied boarding. Please note that especially in winter boarding may start earlier than usual due to de-icing of aircraft.

Boarding procedures
To ensure a smooth and efficient boarding we proceed, depending on the size of aircraft, in several steps.

1. Preboarding of passengers with special needs
   Passengers traveling with infants and small children
   Unaccompanied Minors
   Elderly and passengers with reduced mobility
2. Transit passengers
3. Other passengers boarded by sequences or rows, starting from the back.
