- Sudden illness of insured or his/her travel partner, close relative or the person to whom visit is planned, or if above persons are involved in an accident, and travel is not possible according to an unbiased doctor's medical certificate.
- Pregnant or wife/husband, co-habitant or registered partner of pregnant has complications due to pregnancy.
- Death of insured or next of kin, travel partner or person to whom visit was planned.
- Highly damaged home of insured due to fire or floods or other unforeseen reason in home country.
- Insured experiences personal crisis due to divorce, unemployment or cancellation of annual vacation.
- Foreign ministry recommend carefulness in travel destination and insured is worried about own safety.
