On SAS flights you can soon stay in touch with your loved ones on the ground or exchange thoughts with a colleague before arriving to your meeting destination.
SAS will bring powerful WiFi connections on board its Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The new equipment supports both WiFi and GSM communication. Installation has begun and by summer 2012 SAS aims to have eleven B737-800 aircraft equipped with this great service.
With SAS WiFi you can stay up-to-date on news and browse the web at your convenience, use your mobile phone or smartphone to send and receive SMS text and MMS messages, send and receive e-mails and receive and make calls.
SAS would like to give all passengers the opportunity to test SAS WiFi. Therefore it will, at least initially, be offered free of charge. As a courtesy to fellow passengers please remember to keep the phone on silent mode. Read more on SAS web pages!
