Flight connections
If you have an onward connection, made on a separate reservation, Blue1/SAS is not responsible for possible lost connection due to unexpected delays. Blue1/SAS is furthermore not liable for any inconveniences and expenses caused by late arrival. Please remember to collect your baggage at the airport marked on your baggage tag and re-check it in, if you have an onward flight connection on a separate reservation.
Schedule changes
In case of anticipated change in our schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can view your reservation by choosing Check my trip. Enter your booking reference (reservation number) and the last name of first passenger. We kindly ask you to check your reservation up to 48 hours before flight departure.
Cancelled flights
In case of a flight cancellation, you will be rebooked to the next Blue1 or SAS flight that day. If you have a flight scheduled from Germany to Finland, rebooking on Lufthansa is possible as well. If you are rerouted, Blue1 will not be held responsible for additional charges on food and beverages onboard rerouted flight(s).
Important Information
The e-ticket receipt, which is received after payment and booking confirmation, confirms paid reservation. Please keep your travel confirmation and a valid EU approved ID with you throughout your journey. Remember to check if your destination requires a passport.
Payment methods on board are cash (euro), credit cards and Finnish payment cards. Please note that we do not accept VISA Electron.
The authorities of some countries may have access to the information in your booking.
