Preamble
These Conditions of Carriage govern the relationship between you as a Passenger and us as the Carrier regarding your Carriage on an aircraft operated by us or pursuant to a Ticket on which our Airline Designator Code appears for that flight or flight segment. Your rights and duties towards us and vice versa in this matter are outlined in the Conditions of Carriage.
We advise you to read the Conditions of Carriage carefully as, among other things, they set out various limitations that affect you, for instance concerning our limits of liability towards you in case of Damage and delay affecting you and/or your Baggage. If our limits of liability are not satisfactory in relation to your needs, we advise you to obtain personal travel insurance.
These Conditions of Carriage may be amended without prior notice. The version in effect at any given time is the one most recently published.
