The boarding pass sent to your mobile includes an electronically readable so-called 2D barcode.
The only documents you need on Blue1 and SAS flights are your mobile phone and an ID/passport.

Passengers at Scandinavian airports benefit the most from the new boarding passes. On top of just using them for boarding, the mobile boarding passes can be used e.g. in Self Service kiosks, security lines, duty free shops and in SAS Lounges.
When checking in via SMS, we offer you the opportunity to use our new Mobile Boarding Pass on:
- Domestic flights within Finland and Scandinavia
- Intra-Scandinavian flights and to/from Finland
- Flights to Europe and Asia
- Selected flights from Europe
Your mobile boarding pass may include up to two flight segments. The flight segments must be booked in the same reservation. Your reservation must only contain one passenger.
How it works
- When you check-in via SMS, your check-in confirmation will contain a web link. When you click on this link. your Mobile Boarding Pass will be displayed.
- The Mobile Boarding Pass contains your flight number, seat number, your departure and arrival time etc. It also contains a 2D Bar Code. The 2D Bar Code can be used when you register your baggage in the Self Service Kiosks.
- Display your boarding pass and hold it against the bar code scanner and the dialogue will start.
- Keep your Mobile Boarding Pass ready when you enter security, Fast Track or lounge, and also when it is time for boarding. Just hold the bar code against the bar code scanner.
