Then, the new window that has opened, enter your 10-character file reference in the first box, your last name in the second box, and click the “Submit” button.
We inform passengers via World Tracer system by SMS message about the status of their delayed baggage. SMS status messages are sent to those passengers who have registered their mobile phone number in the baggage claim report.
