Unaccompanied minors
We offer an unaccompanied minor service to ensure they are looked after during the trip. The service permits children who have reached their 5th but not 12th birthday to fly alone. The service is optional for travelers aged 12 - 15 years, but if requested by the parent/guardian, the child can not decline the service. Read more on children and traveling. Medical needs
We provide assistance to passengers with reduced mobility or special needs. In order to give our passengers the best possible help, and in accordance with EC regulation 1107/2006, we need information regarding your need for assistance at the latest 48 hours before departure, so we can inform the responsible Managing Body at the airport(s) about the assistance needed. Animal Transport
Want to bring your best friend along? Charge for animal transport within Finland is 20 € per flight for pets in cabin and 30 € per flight for pets as cargo. Other charges apply outside Finland and Scandinavia.

In addition of the free baggage allowance, one piece of sporting equipment may be transported free of charge when you travel in Business or Economy Extra, or if you are a EuroBonus Gold member. Passengers in Business and Economy Extra, as well as EuroBonus Gold members can obtain plastic bags and other packing material free of charge at the airport. Sporting equipment baggage is not a part of the free baggage allowance in Economy class. This applies to both weight and piece concept.
Skies, surfboards, snowboards and bicycles can be added to your reservation online at time of booking. In other cases, please make your special service request via the Blue1 Sales Center not less than 24 hours before departure!
