In the event of a flight cancellation, you will be rebooked on the next Blue1 or SAS flight that day. If you have a flight scheduled from Germany to Finland, it is also possible to rebook on Lufthansa.
If a flight has been cancelled and you choose not to travel on the other flights offered, a refund is possible regardless of fare type. In this event, please contact our Blue1 Sales Center.
If you are rerouted, Blue1 will not be held responsible for additional charges on food and beverages on board rerouted flight(s).
